VMware are a small and fast growing IT company who run regular seminars across Australia and New Zealand. Originally VMware used PDF's to target their clients to invite them to seminars. When the list of invitees had grown substantially, the sending of large PDF files was not an option. Often attachments were rejected before they hit the inbox of the recipient, or the server rejected the large list of recipients as spam..

Zzarg has developed EDM's for VMware so that when a message is opened it contains all the same information that can be found on the clients website. Instead of any attachments to the email, the recipient just sees the HTML in their browser. With more than 90% of the business community having access to HTML email, EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) is a viable alternative to sending a printed invitation or PDF attachment.
